The Interenergo team in Ukraine has commissioned another modern gas power plant with an electrical capacity of 19.2 MW using MWM units.

Under current wartime conditions, it took 14 months to complete the comprehensive design, supply all equipment, and complete the full range of construction and installation works. The power plant was built using the most advanced gas piston units from the German manufacturer MWM, boasting one of the highest efficiencies in its class.

"The power plant is a shining example of decentralized generation to support the frequency of Ukraine's power grid,"

an Interenergo spokesperson tells WIP magazine.

The plant has a high-level control system that integrates the process and electrical components into a single system for monitoring and control by operators and maintenance personnel, as well as monitoring and control capabilities by the power system operator. Individual and comprehensive commissioning tests successfully validated all design solutions implemented by our company and brought the power plant up to its design capacity of 19.2 MW.

"For 21 years, our team has been successfully implementing the largest and most unique turnkey projects in industrial power generation, cogeneration, trigeneration, thermal oil systems, industrial refrigeration systems, and distributed generation to support the frequency of power grid,"

concluded the Interenergo spokesperson.
