olls-Royce will supply 7 MTU Series 4000 DS 3600 diesel generators to power Kuwait International Airport’s new Terminal 2, ensuring reliable energy supply for key airport facilities as part of Kuwait Vision 2035.
Each 20-cylinder unit is engineered for high-load performance and extreme reliability- even in ambient temperatures up to 55°C.
These backup-power systems will secure critical infrastructure including the catering facility and central energy systems, supporting the airport’s expansion under Kuwait Vision 2035. With scalable capacity for up to 50 million passengers annually, uninterrupted power is non-negotiable.
