HADDAR MACHINERY has supplied a 500 kVA diesel generator with Cummins engine and Leroy Somer alternator to Bara University in Iraq. Ghaddar Machinery Co.'s engineering team in Iraq recently delivered and installed 500 KVA Ghaddar Generators distributed across three faculties of the Southern Technical University in Basra. The project consists of Ghaddar Generators powered by Cummins Engine KTA19G4 and Leroy Somer TAL0473C Alternators.

.3 platform. It replaces the TAL 047 and benefits from improved performance: kVA/50Hz - kW/60Hz | Continuous / 40°C.
The Southern Technical University in Basra was established in 2014 and it linked to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The university HQ is in Basra, and is linked to Basra Engineering Technical College, the Basra Administrative Technical College, the Basra Health and Medical Technical College and the Basra Technical Institute.
