n collaboration with rental companies Himoinsa has developed a gas-powered mobile generator – the HGS-1030 NG/LPG which can work with natural and liquid petroleum gas without loss of power. The company said that the generator, in a 40-foot container, significantly reduces carbon emissions giving rental companies a tool that helps them to reduce their carbon footprint without sacrificing power or availability. The HGS-1030 NG/LPG has a built-in 56 L, low compression V-16-cylinder Siemens engine with a double bearing Stamford alternator with flexible coupling. It also features a DEIF control unit and two touch screens programmed in special configuration by means of modules that allow it to run in isolation, in parallel with other generators and/or the power grid.
