EIGHT 2.2MW GENERATORS FROM STIEGELE STROMERZEUGER SUPPLIED TO A LARGE DATA CENTRE IN GERMANY

TIEGELE STROMERZEUGER of Obersulm-Willsbach has supplied eight 2.2MW disel generators with MTU engines. The new data centre built in the Frankfurt area has features which include a footprint of 7,800 square metres, 3,300 racks and 8 MTU 2.2MW engines. This project - undertaken by Stiegele GmbH Stromerzeuger and the Data Center Group is one of the largest data centres in Germany and was built in record time.
