DTGEN WINS GENSET CONTRACT FOR THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL, UK

enerator specialist, DTGen, has been appointed by the UK's Leicestershire County Council to supply, install and maintain a new standby power system to its Glenfield County Hall headquarters. DTGen will supply and install a 1MVA standby generator in an acoustic enclosure that is noise attenuated to 78dBA at seven metres, with an integrated 1,000ltr fuel tank. The new system, which includes a fire suppression system and alarm, will be operational in the coming within four months. The equipment is supplied with two years’ manufacturers’ warranty and will be supported by a long-term servicing agreement with DTGen.
