BATO MOREN has supplied two 2,000 kW diesel generators with Baudouin engines to a supermarket in The Netherlands. The two large emergency power generators were commissioned by a large retail chain for its two distribution centres in the east and north of Netherlands. Both generators are powered by a 2,000 kW Baudouin 12M55 engine with 66 litres displacement. The gensets can run parallel to the mains for seamless return to grid-power and testing purposes. Baudouin's full range of PowerKit products spans 18 to 4125 kVA diesel and 63 to 1750 kVA in gas, a range that few engine  manufacturers can match. The manufacturer says it is achieving excellence in fuel consumption, load acceptance and power density, making PowerKit the range of choice. With nine R&D centres across the world, Baudouin is continuously improving and tailoring its range based on local customer and regulatory requirements.
